So yea I know I'm slacking...
It's been hard with everything that's been going on right now.
Day 5:
Food:
- 4 medical shakes
- 2 packets of apple cinnamon freeze dried food
- roasted califlower & broccoli with garlic
- spinach
Activity: None
Day 6:
- working on those 4 medical shakes (2 down so far)
- 1 packet of apple freeze dried food
Activity: None so far
- Going home to CT for the night and then going to TX/OK tomorrow (flying) so it's going to be hectic.
I'm keeping with the detox, just cutting 1 day out. Tomorrow is supposed to be another one of today, but I'm going to skip it and end on Monday instead of Tuesday.
I'm so exhausted. I can't wait to get home and just sleep. I just wish I wasn't losing hours - I'm broke as ever right now. :(
