Slacker...

So yea... I'm slacking...

I went to bed at 8:30 last night... I'm so tired...

Yesterday... worked all day... in the Bronx and Queens.
Got out early to have dinner with Mike (Chinese food) and watch a show, and then sleep.

Today... work all day, then class tonight... ugh.

Food:
- nutella, banana and whipped cream crepe...

Activity:
- Qi Gong tonight... if that counts


Yesterday:

Food:
- 1 bag of goldfish
- pastrami sandwich with provolone, thousand island dressing on a multigrain flatbread sandwich thing..
- 1 slice of cheese pizza
- general tso's with pork fried rice and an egg roll (with left overs of course)
- diet coke can

Activity:
- PT... leg exercises and bike... at least 200 cals.

This Week Sucks

It's going to be a really long week. Work, classes, work, classes, sleep is if I'm lucky.

Food:
- banana
- water
- pastrami sandwich with provolone and thousand island on 100 cal bread
- peanut butter and jelly sandwich on light white bread
- pop chips
- 1 diet coke mini bottle


Activity:
- probably won't get a chance until Next week to do anything....

Dreading the Week

It's Sunday... oh I will this weekend was longer....

On the plus side... Walking Dead comes back tonight :)

It's gonna be a long long week though, with work and classes....


Food:
- breakfast - same as yesterday, 2 eggs on toast with american cheese and a glass of milk
- dinner - spaghetti with homemade meatballs, light alfredo sauce, spinach
- some family recipe banana pudding, fattening but good :)


Activity:
- None at the moment

Lazy Weekend :)

I love having the weekends off... for the last 2 years, I almost always had to work at least one day, with EMS and then the chiro's...

But now I'm free :)

Going to bum around, maybe some studying and homework, read my new Stephen King novel, a good workout, and a nice shower.

It's gonna be a good day :)

Food:
- 2 eggs, overeasy, on light white toast, with a slice of american cheese (open faced...) It was delicious
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/2 a cantaloupe
- 2 slices of steakum on a Portuguese roll with american cheese, onion and red pepper
- water
- pop chips

Activity.
None yet. But it will happen!!

*Went for a run around the block... 40 minutes... 485 calories. I couldn't do any inside stuff... I'm beat.

TGIF For Real

So happy it's Friday. I'm so tired. So much work and school... and not enough sleep. Here until approximately 3, then off to the other office til who knows when.


Food:
- 1 strawberry nutrigrain bar
- water
- peanut butter and jelly sandwich, on white... cuz my bread was old :(
- cup of applesauce with cinnamon
- angel hair with light garlic alfredo sauce and parm cheese
- pop chips sea salt

Activity:
- I HAVE TO WORK OUT TODAY.

*So I came home and slept. Lazy ass. Tomorrow. Run. Workout. (If it's snowing... lots of workout).
I bought a brace for my knee, so hopefully it gets here soon.

I'm Breaking.

So I'm not losing weight (Down from 162 to 159....) but my body is giving up on me.

Found out I have LDD between L5 and S1.... and that my left knee has crepitice. I had an xray on my knee this morning... I doubt I'll find anything out from that... but I have to get authorization for a MRI on my low back... and hopefully my knee too.


Anyway...

Food:
- 6 in flat bread with turkey and black forest ham, provolone, lettuce, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper, and honey mustard...
- 1 bag of light lays (75 cals in the whole bag... yay)
- 3 BEST hot dogs w/ a quarter size of ketchup
- 1 diet coke can (haven't had one since Sunday... it was lovely)

Activity:
- Since I went to the doctor this morning... it through off my day... I don't know if I'll get a chance later or not....

*Had some PT today... my legs are sore....

It's Hump Day

It's Wednesday!

Meaning a long ass day... Work 8.30am - 4.30pm, then class 5.30pm - 11pm. Ugh.


Food:
- water
- banana
- 90 cal special k raspberry cheesecake bar
- 1 cup rice with broccoli, rice, garlic, adobo and cheddar cheese
- another 90 cal special k raspberry cheesecake bar
- 1 strawberry nutrigrain bar
- 1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich with wheat bread.


Activity:
- No working out... don't have to time... but I do have a yoga/tai chi and something else every Wednesday.

*Qi Gong was actually very relaxing yet it worked my muscles. I quite enjoy it.
