Slacker...

So yea... I'm slacking...

I went to bed at 8:30 last night... I'm so tired...

Yesterday... worked all day... in the Bronx and Queens.
Got out early to have dinner with Mike (Chinese food) and watch a show, and then sleep.

Today... work all day, then class tonight... ugh.

Food:
- nutella, banana and whipped cream crepe...

Activity:
- Qi Gong tonight... if that counts


Yesterday:

Food:
- 1 bag of goldfish
- pastrami sandwich with provolone, thousand island dressing on a multigrain flatbread sandwich thing..
- 1 slice of cheese pizza
- general tso's with pork fried rice and an egg roll (with left overs of course)
- diet coke can

Activity:
- PT... leg exercises and bike... at least 200 cals.

This Week Sucks

It's going to be a really long week. Work, classes, work, classes, sleep is if I'm lucky.

Food:
- banana
- water
- pastrami sandwich with provolone and thousand island on 100 cal bread
- peanut butter and jelly sandwich on light white bread
- pop chips
- 1 diet coke mini bottle


Activity:
- probably won't get a chance until Next week to do anything....

Dreading the Week

It's Sunday... oh I will this weekend was longer....

On the plus side... Walking Dead comes back tonight :)

It's gonna be a long long week though, with work and classes....


Food:
- breakfast - same as yesterday, 2 eggs on toast with american cheese and a glass of milk
- dinner - spaghetti with homemade meatballs, light alfredo sauce, spinach
- some family recipe banana pudding, fattening but good :)


Activity:
- None at the moment

Lazy Weekend :)

I love having the weekends off... for the last 2 years, I almost always had to work at least one day, with EMS and then the chiro's...

But now I'm free :)

Going to bum around, maybe some studying and homework, read my new Stephen King novel, a good workout, and a nice shower.

It's gonna be a good day :)

Food:
- 2 eggs, overeasy, on light white toast, with a slice of american cheese (open faced...) It was delicious
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/2 a cantaloupe
- 2 slices of steakum on a Portuguese roll with american cheese, onion and red pepper
- water
- pop chips

Activity.
None yet. But it will happen!!

*Went for a run around the block... 40 minutes... 485 calories. I couldn't do any inside stuff... I'm beat.

TGIF For Real

So happy it's Friday. I'm so tired. So much work and school... and not enough sleep. Here until approximately 3, then off to the other office til who knows when.


Food:
- 1 strawberry nutrigrain bar
- water
- peanut butter and jelly sandwich, on white... cuz my bread was old :(
- cup of applesauce with cinnamon
- angel hair with light garlic alfredo sauce and parm cheese
- pop chips sea salt

Activity:
- I HAVE TO WORK OUT TODAY.

*So I came home and slept. Lazy ass. Tomorrow. Run. Workout. (If it's snowing... lots of workout).
I bought a brace for my knee, so hopefully it gets here soon.

I'm Breaking.

So I'm not losing weight (Down from 162 to 159....) but my body is giving up on me.

Found out I have LDD between L5 and S1.... and that my left knee has crepitice. I had an xray on my knee this morning... I doubt I'll find anything out from that... but I have to get authorization for a MRI on my low back... and hopefully my knee too.


Anyway...

Food:
- 6 in flat bread with turkey and black forest ham, provolone, lettuce, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper, and honey mustard...
- 1 bag of light lays (75 cals in the whole bag... yay)
- 3 BEST hot dogs w/ a quarter size of ketchup
- 1 diet coke can (haven't had one since Sunday... it was lovely)

Activity:
- Since I went to the doctor this morning... it through off my day... I don't know if I'll get a chance later or not....

*Had some PT today... my legs are sore....

It's Hump Day

It's Wednesday!

Meaning a long ass day... Work 8.30am - 4.30pm, then class 5.30pm - 11pm. Ugh.


Food:
- water
- banana
- 90 cal special k raspberry cheesecake bar
- 1 cup rice with broccoli, rice, garlic, adobo and cheddar cheese
- another 90 cal special k raspberry cheesecake bar
- 1 strawberry nutrigrain bar
- 1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich with wheat bread.


Activity:
- No working out... don't have to time... but I do have a yoga/tai chi and something else every Wednesday.

*Qi Gong was actually very relaxing yet it worked my muscles. I quite enjoy it.

So Tired...

I'm so tired today.... Mondays are going to kick my ass.... they're so long, and I want to get up early on Tuesdays to work out and get things done... but I'm at work until 8pm.

Food:
- water
- 1 oz banana chips... these ones aren't that good... I'm disappointed... but they need to get eaten.
- peanut butter & jelly sandwich on wheat... yummy.
- special k bar - raspberry cheesecake - 90 cals

- lasagna

- 1 meatball
- 1/2 a Bruno's Chocolate Mousse mini cake... i needed some sweets..

Activity:
- 35 minutes of the game - 375 calories... wanted to do longer but I was dragging ass this morning....

Monday's Suck.

I'm so tired. We got home around midnight and I slept for 7 1/2 hours, but I'm so tired.

Patriots lost, oh well. Just really didn't want the Giants to win... I live in NY and I'm sick of hearing about it lol. Oh well....

Starting massage therapy school today! (For real this time...) I went in last Monday, but classes start today.

Food:
- 2 hot fudge sundae poptarts... yea I know not great, but I needed something quick that even while I was asleep I could grab....
- water
- special k strawberry crisps

*Lisa's mom made me some food to bring home last night... <3 her!! A great dinner tonight :)
- a small but filling piece of homemade legit Italian Lasagna
- broccoli and garlic
- 1 meatball
- 3 pieces of zucchini bread

- 2 nutrigrain bars - 1 strawberry, 1 apple cinnamon as a snack during class


Activity:
- as of right now, I don't know if I'll have time to do any today. I'm working 8.30 - 2.30(?) then class 5:30 - 10. I'm going home to get food and leave.. maybe take a nap.

- edit: I DID workout today.... YAY.
- 30 minutes (of hell) - 300 ish calories. I didn't want to do it... but I did.. and somehow burned that much even though my choices seemed pretty beat today....


**Can't wait to get to bed today... Up at a reasonable time tomorrow to get some more workout in... and do a few errands... and get to work.

Wednesday's going to suck.. work all day, then class from 5.30 - 11.... an hour longer than tonight... and tonight was rough. BUT.... it's going to be worth it!!

Let's Go PATS!

Superbowl Sunday!

Yay!

aka... The Day My Diet Goes To Hell....

Going over my girlfriend's to watch the Superbowl... it's a 2007 season all over again! She's a Giants fan, I'm a Patriots fan.

Food:
- tuna melt - 1/2 can tuna fish, little bit of miracle whip, 2 slices of wheat bread and 1 1/2 slices of provolone
- 1/3 can diet coke

*So I can't even keep track of what I ate last night.... chili, chips and salsa, chips and dip, wings, chocolate, munchkins.... probably other stuff too.... lets just say I ate 2000.

* BUT... I drank LOTS of Water! Yay!

Activity:
- ran for 30 minutes
- worked out for 35 minutes
*685 calories!

Home Alone

It's so weird to be at my house alone....

Mike's always here when I'm here... but for some reason NYCOM decided to have class on a Saturday, so I'm alone with my boys :)

Lazy Saturday really, haven't done much yet.... done some Ebaying and that's about it. Making lunch now and then going to relax a bit and then work out.

Dinner at either Red Lobster or Ihop tonight... again, working out ALOT.

Food:
- 1 slice of provolone
- 1 cheese blintze
- 1 blueberry blintze
- 2 slices of cinnamon raisin bread with butter
- 1 glass of milk

Ihop for dinner....
- 2 eggs, scrambled with cheddar cheese
- 1/2 serving of hashbrowns
- 2 nutella and banana crepes with whipped cream and strawberries
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1 glass of orange juice

crepes dinner was only 910 calories, 140 for the orange juice... Hashbrowns were about 200.. they had LOTS of oil....  (I got them extra... didn't need them tho, I thought the nutella crepes and eggs and bacon weren't going to be enough... I was wrong....)

Wow I'm eating like poop. That's about 1300 calories... just for dinner!
Lunch was *I'm estimating* about 400-450... which I guess is okay, but I'm trying to lose weight here!


Activity:
- 50 minutes - 550 calories... kickin my ass. Should've done another one, but doing the plank a gazillion times within that period of time killed me....
there's more tomorrow!

I don't like to actually count calories... but my amr is about 2057 - 1850... -307 calories.... yay. thats 9% of losing a pound of fat! I just really hope this accounts to something :)

It's Friday... yay!

So... it's Friday... FINALLY.

At work all day.. then got lots to do tonight and then relaxing the weekend away!

Got my tax return to day.. so now I can pay to go back to school for a semester :)

Since I screwed up with dinner yesterday... I have to be good today and tomorrow.... Superbowl Sunday was already screwed.... but anyways..

Longer workouts tonight and this weekend.

Food:
- 1 banana
- water
- 6 in flatbread w/ black forest ham and turkey, lettuce, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper, and *mayo because the guy didn't listen to me when I said honey mustard.....
- cup of chips

*This is Patrick's fault...
- 2 White Castle sliders, 3 chicken rings and 2 fries

- some pasta with chicken that I made from a box... eh.. glad it was cheap and I probably won't buy again
- green beans
- apple sauce with cinnamon

Activity
- Did my workout game for 50 minutes... burned 600 calories. Yay! White Castle was burned off.

Happy Groundhog Day!

Not really in the mood to be working today... but I'm poor.

Got my workout program in the mail yesterday... started today! It kicked my butt... my heart rate was at 180 almost the whole time!!

Went and got X-rays on my back... hopefully we can figure out why my low back sucks....

Food:
- 2 bananas
- water
- 1 head of cauliflower with broccoli and garlic - oven roasted... yummy healthy lunch

and then I screwed up on food...

- 3 slices of garlic bread pizza from digornos....   (which apparently is 700 calories.... ugh)
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup, chocolate chips and marshmallows....
- 1 diet coke can

*at least I hit 1000 calories..

Activity:
- 30 minutes - 300 calories, and boy do I feel it.
- I'll do more tomorrow... I just didn't want to be an invalid at work today....

- 1/2 cup of white rice with broccoli, garlic, adobo and 4 oz of left over steak from last night

- 2 servings of broiled parmesan tilapia - yum
- 1 1/2 servings of oven roasted potatoes
- 1 diet coke can
