Yay, I've made it to day 2.
I keep thinking of this as a "Let's take it day by day, not a whole project at once."
So far for today,
Food Log:
- Strawberry Nutrigrain Bar
- 1 serving of pasta with alfredo and brocoli
- another strawberry nutrigrain bar
- ravioli w/ brocoli and cheese w/ alfredo sauce
- 2 pierogies
- 2 rolls with butter
- 1/2 potato supreme
- 2/3 can of diet coke
damn... dinner killed me.
- snack laster.... chips and salsa... but I don't think I went overboard.
Activity:
- Cardio for 1.05 hours again - 787 calories. 35 min running, 15 walking and 10 biking.
I feel really good. I'm not looking to diet this week - Next week I plan on starting a detoxification program, and I just want to see what I really eat.
Went back to work today - Hadn't been working since Dec 21. I actually miss it :)
