It's Friday... yay!

So... it's Friday... FINALLY.

At work all day.. then got lots to do tonight and then relaxing the weekend away!

Got my tax return to day.. so now I can pay to go back to school for a semester :)

Since I screwed up with dinner yesterday... I have to be good today and tomorrow.... Superbowl Sunday was already screwed.... but anyways..

Longer workouts tonight and this weekend.

Food:
- 1 banana
- water
- 6 in flatbread w/ black forest ham and turkey, lettuce, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper, and *mayo because the guy didn't listen to me when I said honey mustard.....
- cup of chips

*This is Patrick's fault...
- 2 White Castle sliders, 3 chicken rings and 2 fries

- some pasta with chicken that I made from a box... eh.. glad it was cheap and I probably won't buy again
- green beans
- apple sauce with cinnamon

Activity
- Did my workout game for 50 minutes... burned 600 calories. Yay! White Castle was burned off.
