Home Alone

It's so weird to be at my house alone....

Mike's always here when I'm here... but for some reason NYCOM decided to have class on a Saturday, so I'm alone with my boys :)

Lazy Saturday really, haven't done much yet.... done some Ebaying and that's about it. Making lunch now and then going to relax a bit and then work out.

Dinner at either Red Lobster or Ihop tonight... again, working out ALOT.

Food:
- 1 slice of provolone
- 1 cheese blintze
- 1 blueberry blintze
- 2 slices of cinnamon raisin bread with butter
- 1 glass of milk

Ihop for dinner....
- 2 eggs, scrambled with cheddar cheese
- 1/2 serving of hashbrowns
- 2 nutella and banana crepes with whipped cream and strawberries
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1 glass of orange juice

crepes dinner was only 910 calories, 140 for the orange juice... Hashbrowns were about 200.. they had LOTS of oil....  (I got them extra... didn't need them tho, I thought the nutella crepes and eggs and bacon weren't going to be enough... I was wrong....)

Wow I'm eating like poop. That's about 1300 calories... just for dinner!
Lunch was *I'm estimating* about 400-450... which I guess is okay, but I'm trying to lose weight here!


Activity:
- 50 minutes - 550 calories... kickin my ass. Should've done another one, but doing the plank a gazillion times within that period of time killed me....
there's more tomorrow!

I don't like to actually count calories... but my amr is about 2057 - 1850... -307 calories.... yay. thats 9% of losing a pound of fat! I just really hope this accounts to something :)
